Who we are

This website is operated by Focus Pages (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at focuspages.ebook@gmail.com for any question about your data or this policy.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what is necessary to send you the ebook and answer you if you write to us.

• Your email address, so we can deliver the ebook (PDF) automatically to your inbox after purchase, and reply to messages you send us.
• Your billing details (name, country, card information), collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Order information (the fact that you purchased the ebook, the date, and the amount), kept for legal and accounting reasons.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or marketing newsletters.

Legal basis

We process your data to perform the contract of sale (delivering the ebook you bought), to comply with our legal obligations (invoicing, tax), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us.

Who helps us deliver the book

We rely on a small number of careful providers, acting as processors on our behalf:

• Stripe — to process your payment securely.
• Email delivery provider — to send the ebook automatically to the email address you used at checkout.
• Hosting provider — to run this website.

These providers may process data outside your country; in such cases they rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoicing records for the period required by applicable tax law (generally up to several years). Email correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful to help you, and then deleted.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy of it. Write to focuspages.ebook@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
